The ACFLS mission statement is:

1. Advance the knowledge and rapport of Family Law Specialists;

2. Monitor legislation and proposals affecting the field of family law;

3. Encourage ethics for all members;

4. Promote the importance of the Family Law specialty to the public and the State Bar.
