This is the site of Search Systems California, which bills itself as the “largest free public records database collection.” They do have loads of stuff, including birth records and death records, a myriad of licensing information ranging from accountants to dentists, security guards to pharmacists, psychologists to veterinarians. Also missing persons records, limited partnership and limited liability company records. Then there are the various county records, including fictitious business name filings in many counties, marriage records, and so forth.
BRB Publications, Inc.
BRB Publications, Inc. calls itself the “Home Of The Public Record Research Library.” They do have a lot and it’s all free. Among the information to be found here are the California registrations of corporations, LLCs, LLPs, and LTs. Several California counties tax assessor records are available, as are those from a number of other states.

There are many many private investigation sites on the web and we can’t possibly list all of them. Casebreakers is not free, but there is no membership requirement, and you only pay for what you use. This site gives one access to state and federal criminal records and even warrants on specific individuals.
