Introduction to a Family Law Case – A Virtual Event

There has been much discussion requesting ACFLS broaden its education base, and provide education to encourage and support attorneys entering the area of family law.  We have heard your requests.  This six hour presentation will review a family law case from intake through judgment.   The focus of this program will be practical pointers from both bench and bar.  In other words the things they don’t teach you in the books.  The panelists will discuss each topic from both the attorney’s, as well as a judicial officer’s point of view.  The panelists will debate the issues to show how the various legal issues can be approached depending upon who you are representing.
